PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR THE DAY OF THE ACTIVITY
It is advisable to bring:
- Glasses / hat / sun protection
- Mat or beach towel
- Meditation or yoga cushion for the first sitting session - (not obligatory).

Accessible to pairs of 1 parent/1 child (ages 6 to 12 inclusive). An adult must be present with the child.
