DISABLED CLIENTS
The OMT of Fouesnant-les Glénan is an equipment labeled " Accessible tourism » for the 4 families (motor, mental, visual, auditory). Sensitive to this clientele, the management has undergone training as T&H assessors and the staff of the Tourist Office has undergone training to help people with disabilities organize their holidays in Fouesnant-Les Glénan.
In order to welcome and inform this clientele, the UNWTO takes into account not only the accessibility of the premises, but also the availability for all audiences adapted documents, the presence of a magnetic loop allowing communication with hearing impaired people with hearing aids. We also have tools which are made available to holidaymakers with disabilities such as: magnifying glass, an adapted “accessibility guide” document, an accessibility welcome guide, a FALC booklet, dictaphone…
Foreign customers
At the OMT, foreign customers are welcomed in English, Spanish and German. Each travel advisor has a badge specifying the languages spoken. In order to inform and advise this clientele, the UNWTO has communication media partially or fully translated (*)
