Fouesnant offers two loops of mountain biking circuits.
- Loop n° 15 “The tour of Fouesnant” is an “easy” 33 km circuit lasting 3h30. From the marshes of Mousterlin, cross the small hamlets to reach the north of the territory and return by the coast where you will follow the shore between the dike of Penfoulic and Cap Coz before descending towards the Pointe de Beg Meil and the beach of Kerambigorn.
- Loop n° 16 “Les Marais de Mousterlin” is a "very easy" circuit of 18 km, lasting 1h30. From the tip of Beg-Meil to the tip of Mousterlin, you will discover the exceptional and preserved nature of the marshes of Mousterlin. The marsh being a shared zone where pedestrians and cyclists coexist.
These circuits are available on the website MTB Base / FFCT Odet Valley .

Want to reach other territories
Take the cycle route that crosses Fouesnant along the coast. All you have to do is choose your gaming territory. By extending it to the west you will reach Benodet and Pays Bigouden. If you prefer the east, all you have to do is pedal in the direction of La Forêt-Fouesnant and Concarneau.
A bicycle plan is currently being deployed in order to connect the various municipalities of the Pays Fouesnantais. Soon, you will be able to travel safely to the various municipalities of this territory.
