Courtin Cannery

Founded in 1893, La Conserverie Courtin is the oldest cannery in Concarneau.
We specialize in the artisanal preparation of fish soups,
sea ​​rillettes and our famous scallop confit.
Through a dedicated discovery space of 200 m² entirely glazed over the production, you can witness the manufacturing of our artisanal products free of charge. This space is decorated with explanatory panels allowing you to better understand our manufacturing process.
