Description
La Tablée de Kermao: a first edition to celebrate Cornouaille's terroir
On Saturday 11 July 2026, the Cidrerie Les Vergers de Kermao in Gouesnac'h (South Finistère) is inaugurating its first signature event: La Tablée de Kermao. A large country-style table set up in the heart of the orchard, a three-course "Sea-Earth & Cider" menu signed by chef Erwan Gire, storyteller, musician and meetings with partner Breton producers.
An experience designed to awaken all the senses, to be enjoyed with family, friends, solo or as a couple.
La Tablée de Kermao is the brainchild of Marine and Brieug Saliou, a young couple of cider-makers with deep roots in the Cornouaillais region. Passionate, committed and demanding
They've come up with an event that's just like them: simple, authentic, friendly and family-friendly. An event where people take the time to
to share - their passion as organic cider producers as much as the expertise of the Breton artisans with whom they work on a daily basis.
For this first edition, chef Erwan Gire has composed a three-course menu entitled "Mer-Terre & Cidres", in harmony with the ciders from Vergers de Kermao. A seasonal cuisine, rooted in the Breton terroir.
Throughout the day, guests will be accompanied by storyteller Mark Gleonec, playing the harp live between the rows of apple trees, and for younger guests, dedicated and supervised activities.
