As part of the launch of the Tiss'âges scheme, run by the Communauté de communes du Pays Fouesnantais in partnership with the AILES association, we are holding a public presentation meeting. Tiss'âges is a shared housing solution that brings together : - residents with a spare room or a housing solution, - and people looking for accommodation: seasonal workers, apprentices, students or people on the move. This scheme aims to address the difficulties of access to housing encountered in the area, while promoting social links and welcoming workers and young professionals. "Do you have a spare room at home? Tiss'Âges can help you make the most of it! The CCPF is launching a new service to put landlords in touch with people looking for temporary accommodation in the Pays Fouesnantais: seasonal workers, students, mobile workers, etc. Two options depending on your situation: 🔹Temporary accommodation in a private home from €250/month 🔹Intergenerational shared accommodation from €80 to €180/month (for people aged over 60 who host a young person aged between 16 and 30).
