  • Optimal support: In order to offer you personalized and adapted advice, the travel advisor will take the time to discuss with you in order to explore your request and offer you products relating to the tourist offer. In addition to this advice, you will receive tourist documentation related to your request.
  • At the end of the stay advice, we invite you to complete a satisfaction questionnaire (French, German, English) which will allow us to continuously improve our services.
  • To promote the reception of foreign customers, the counselors speak English, Spanish and German.

  • A welcome beyond the walls: In order to reach a wide audience, the OMT develops a reception outside the walls during the summer period (July – August) on one of the Fouesnant markets and during events. It offers information identical to that produced within the OMT. In this context: it has magazines, city maps, calendars of events, tide timetable guides. The UNWTO is currently initiating a reflection to pursue the development of this “welcome outside the walls” strategy.
