telework

According to the Minister of Labor Elisabeth Borne, remote work is the new rule of this confinement. It must be implemented at 100% of working time for positions whose tasks can be carried out remotely. Employers who refuse it without justification expose themselves to sanctions. Finally, if in normal times teleworking can only be set up on the basis of the employee's voluntary work, it may be imposed by the employer in exceptional circumstances, as an epidemic threat (cf. article L1222-11 of the Labor Code).

Part-time activity

All businesses linked to the tourism sector will benefit from the extension of 100% coverage of partial activity by the State and UNEDIC until December 31, 2020. This support amounts to 100% of the net salary for employees with the SMIC and approximately 84% of the net within the limit of 4,5 SMIC.
