The Cafés Carbone are conversations in which specialist speakers propose practical solutions (cooking, DIY, gardening, etc.) to reduce your carbon footprint.
On the programme for this Café Carbone: Understanding and improving your soil
The workshop, led by Yves Peuziat-Beaumont and based on a sensitive approach to nature, will enable everyone to take care of the soil in their vegetable garden by understanding, together, the dynamics of its fertility.
Yves Peuziat-Beaumont runs the "Friends of the Garden of Happiness" collective, a shared communal garden in Plogastel Saint Germain. Now retired, his career in national education led him to become involved in environmental education and sustainable development. His agricultural background and his personal life on an organic market-gardening farm explain his particular interest in gardening, an activity that takes care of both himself and nature.
