Located in a charming Breton stone farmhouse, it comprises a ground floor living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a lounge with a fireplace and television. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds, a shower room and separate WC.
The south-facing terrace with barbecue and garden furniture opens onto a small private garden.
The gîte has a courtyard and a carport.
Direct access to the Chemin Creux provides quick access to the coastal path and numerous coves.
The environment and location are perfect for enjoying the beach, water sports, hiking along the GR34 or discovering Fouesnant by bike thanks to the many well-maintained paths.
You'll also be close to some remarkable tourist sites and charming typical villages to visit in the surrounding area.
