Enjoy the spaciousness of a large, fully-equipped renovated house, set in 700 m² of enclosed grounds with private parking for two vehicles.
A lovely 70 m² terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers awaits you to spend quality time with your family or friends.
On the ground floor, you will find a living room, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, a large bedroom that meets PRM standards (180 cm bed that can be separated), a bathroom with double washbasin and two WCs.
Upstairs, three bedrooms and a bathroom await you.
At your disposal :
- 7 bicycles, children's seat and trailer.
- Outdoor games: molkky, pétanque, rackets, badminton, 2 bodyboards, bucket and spade, balls, hammock.
- Indoor games: board games, books.
- Babysitting available by prior arrangement, subject to availability.
