Immersed up to your waist, you can walk and take part in a variety of exercises while taking advantage of the natural resistance of the water to gently strengthen your body.
With no impact on the joints, it tones muscles, improves endurance and stimulates circulation. Both sporty and relaxing, water walking combines well-being, energy and letting go.
It's an excellent way to revitalise, relax and recharge your batteries!
LENGTH OF ACTIVITY: 1 hour for people aged 15 and over. Meet 15 minutes before the start of the activity.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR THE DAY OF THE WALK.
You are advised to bring :
- Swimming costume or shorts / beach towel
- Sunglasses, cap and sun cream
- A change of clothes (changing room, locker and shower available)
- Wetsuits and slippers available on loan
