Bus routes Getting around all year round

Regular service 942: Quimper – Fouesnant

All year round, route 942 provides a fast link between Quimper and Fouesnant in under 50 minutes. Daily connections serve strategic points, including Quimper bus station and Fouesnant town centre.

Regular service 941: Quimper – Bénodet via Fouesnant

All year round, the 941 service provides regular links between Bénodet and Quimper. Depending on the day and season, there are two possible routes: one via Gouesnac’h, and the other via Clohars-Fouesnant and Mousterlin. This route serves Fouesnant and its coastal areas.

Summer route 948: Bénodet – Concarneau via Fouesnant

In summer, route 948 provides a direct link between Bénodet and Concarneau, with stops in Fouesnant and La Forêt-Fouesnant. The service runs from Monday to Saturday, from 9.30am to 7.15pm, and is a great option for exploring the coastline or getting to Concarneau without worrying about parking.

2.50 per ticket, €20 per book of 10 journeys and €50 per monthly season ticket for adults (+26 years)

2.00 per ticket, €15 per book of 10 journeys and €25 per monthly season ticket for young people (under 26)

With its coastal paths, cycle tracks and small country roads, Fouesnant-les Glénan is an ideal playground for cyclists. The local network makes it easy to get to the beaches, towns and markets while enjoying the scenery. Classic bikes, electric bikes, mountain bikes or children’s bikes… several hire points are available nearby!

The seaside resort has several parking areas for vans and motorhomes, so you can explore the town in complete freedom. Choose between the parking area near the beach or the service area close to all amenities. And don’t forget the many campsites in Fouesnant-les Glénan!

There are spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility in all the main car parks, particularly those near the beaches.

In Fouesnant-les Glénan, parking is easy and stress-free thanks to the many car parks dotted around the town.

Blue zone parking

In the town centre, some parking zones are blue zones, with a time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes to encourage vehicle rotation. It is compulsory to use a parking disc in these zones.

Don’t have one? Don’t worry: you can collect one free of charge from the Tourist Office on request. Whether you’ve come to do your shopping or stroll to the market, Fouesnant-les Glénan does everything possible to ensure that parking is convenient, free and easy.

Recharging your vehicle Electric charging points

In Fouesnant-les Glénan, two charging stations for electric vehicles have been installed to make it easier for you to travel in an eco-friendly way.

Information
The charge is 20 centimes per kilowatt, or around eight euros for the full charge of a city car.

Download the town map available on our website or from the Tourist Office to view car parks, cycle paths, bus stops and points of interest.
In summer, use soft mobility to avoid the traffic jams around the beaches.
For longer trips, consider combining bike and bus (bikes accepted under certain conditions)
or bike and boat with Le Petit Bac (Bénodet – Sainte-Marine – Île Tudy – Loctudy).
