On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with a double bed (160cm) and four single beds (90cm), a shower room and separate WC. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), en-suite shower room and separate WC, and a recreation room (TV, Bonzini table football, pool table).
The south-facing terrace with barbecue and garden furniture opens onto a private enclosed garden.
