On the ground floor, it comprises a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a lounge with a fireplace, stove and a television, a separate toilet, a pantry, and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and an en-suite shower room. On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms comprising one 160 cm double bed and four 90 cm single beds, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a large 160 cm bed, an en-suite shower room and a separate toilet, as well as a games room (television, Bonzini table football, pool table). The south-facing terrace, complete with barbecue and garden furniture, overlooks a private enclosed garden. The gîte has a private car park for your vehicle. The surroundings and location are ideal for enjoying the beach, taking part in water sports, hiking along the GR34 or exploring Fouesnant by bike thanks to the many well-maintained cycle paths. You’ll be within easy reach of remarkable tourist attractions and charming, picturesque villages to visit in the surrounding area.
