3-day course for 13-year-olds and over, organised by the Piccolo Sole art association. Emanuele Scanziani, Professional artist (and watercolourist)
Immerse yourself in the gentle, luminous world of watercolour painting at this introductory course, open to all, with no pre-requisites. Whether you're a beginner, already initiated or simply curious to discover this technique, this course invites you to explore the basics of watercolour illustration in a friendly and creative atmosphere.
Over the course of the course, you'll learn how to handle colours, understand blends, study perspective, play with water and transparency, and produce your first watercolours step by step.
The aim is above all to enjoy yourself, to dare to experiment and to leave with a solid foundation and your own creations.
Materials to bring
- A4 sheets of white watercolour paper or notebook with canson sheets
- Grey pencil, eraser, sharpener
- Black fine point
- Small, inexpensive watercolour palette (for schoolchildren) or if you don't have any, I can lend you one.
- Brushes if you have them, otherwise I lend them
