- Walking circuits with Fouesnant Rando:
3 routes of 6, 9 and 12 km + 1 family and PRM route
- Running circuits with Sport Nature et Aventure: 8 km and 13 km
- Running and cycling circuits with Cyclo Fouesnantais:
- 3 cyclo route circuits: 70 km, 74 km and 80 km for experienced cyclotourists
- 20km family mountain bike circuit with ROD WAR GLENN
Entertainment on the town hall square from 9.30am: "Prevention, care and well-being" village
- From 11.30am: group stretching session to music
