Our Quality Approach A rigorous certification process

On the path to excellence!

Since 2019, the Fouesnant-les Glénan Tourist Office has been committed to the Qualité Tourisme™scheme, the only government-awarded scheme recognising tourism professionals for the quality of their services. At the end of 2026, Qualité Tourisme™ will be phased out in favour of a new certification, ‘Destination d’excellence’.

To continue its momentum of progress and retain this distinction, the Tourist Office is pursuing the ‘Destination d’excellence’ scheme and aims to secure the label by the end of the summer.

Towards sustainable tourism

The new ‘Destination of Excellence’ label aims to enhance quality across the entire spectrum of tourism provision: accommodation, catering, places of interest and leisure facilities, tourist information centres (notably tourist offices) and transport.

In addition to focusing on the quality of hospitality, services and accessibility, this label will, in particular, raise standards in terms of environmental responsibility and environmental performance.

Our timetables

In winter

Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12.30 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm.
On Saturday mornings from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm.
Closed on 1, 2 and 11 November, 25 December and 1 January.
Closed exceptionally on the afternoons of 24 and 31 December.

In mid-season

Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 12.30 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm.
On public holidays from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.

In summer

Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.30 pm.
Sundays and public holidays from 9.30 am to 1 pm.

An outdoor kiosk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to answer your questions even outside opening hours.
