Description
First summer blood drive in Fouesnant
On Friday 24 July, the French Blood Establishment, with the support of the Fouesnant Blood Donation Association, is organising a blood drive in Fouesnant, from 8.30 am to 1.00 pm at the Kerourgué community centre.
To donate: You must be aged between 18 and 70 and weigh at least 50 kg.
Please arrive at the scheduled time and bring proof of identity.
At a time when blood reserves are running low, it is important to come and donate; this is an essential and vital act, as 10,000 donations are needed every day in France, 600 of which are required in Brittany.
We recommend booking an appointment via the website: dondesang.efs.santé.fr.
You can also turn up without an appointment and donate if slots are available.
We look forward to seeing many of you; a total of 81 slots are available.
One donation – comprising red blood cells, plasma and platelets – can save three lives.
