De l’herbologie à l’herboristerie | Présentation et échange avec Laurent Morinière

Science Infuse Since the dawn of time, the plant kingdom has silently accompanied the history of the Earth and that of humankind. Very early on, people observed the plants around them. By watching animals instinctively heal themselves or by experimenting themselves with the effects of leaves, roots and flowers, they discovered that some could soothe pain, aid sleep, heal wounds or alleviate illnesses. Thus was born a body of knowledge passed down from generation to generation, blending intuition, experience and oral traditions. Laurent Morinière invites you to explore this journey through the living world as part of this new event at the Media Centre. Trained and certified by the Breton School of Herbalism, and working as a herbalist in Fouesnant, he will explore the evolution of our relationship with plants, practices relating to their preparation, and advice on medicinal plants.
