The Odet yoles and sailing vessels are set to gather this Sunday at Pors-Meilloù for the ‘Escale espagnole’.
This event commemorates the historic 17th-century episode that took place at Vire-court on the Odet, when the Spanish galleons did not sail as far as Quimper.
A shuttle service will run between the car park and the slipway.
Organised by the Gouesnac’h yole team

- Trips on the Odet with free rowing taster sessions
- Lunch
- Musical entertainment with a brass band and Caboulot (sailors’ songs)
