Faune Océan organises observation cruises to discover Brittany's marine wildlife (several species of dolphins and birds, as well as moonfish, blue sharks and one species of whale: the minke whale). You can choose between two destinations in Morbihan: the Bay of Mor Braz (departing from Locmariaquer or Arzon) and the Island of Groix (departing from Lorient or Port-Louis). Each excursion includes a commentary on the various sightings and a talk on how cetaceans and birds adapt to the marine environment. Our boats are spacious and comfortable, providing excellent conditions for admiring and photographing the animals. So don't hesitate to come and meet the inhabitants of Brittany's waters!
Advice and information
Clothing: At sea, the weather can be changeable: bring warm clothes and a mackintosh, closed shoes, a cap, sunglasses and sun cream.
Meals: Don't forget to pack a picnic lunch!
Equipment: If you have it, don't forget your camera and binoculars (useful but not essential, as many animals are visible to the naked eye near the boat)!
