Matinée dédiée à la parentalité

As part of its policy on children and young people and its commitment to supporting families, the town of Fouesnant is organising a morning event dedicated to parenting on Saturday 26 September from 9.30 am to 12.15 pm at the 3e à l’Archipel. Parenting is a rewarding but sometimes complex journey, and to address the questions families may face, the town is providing a space for people to meet and exchange ideas. The event is intended to be a friendly occasion, open to all families – parents, grandparents and children aged 3 to 12 – to chat, learn, play and share experiences around parenting. The aims of this morning are to create a space for discussion between parents, children and professionals; to encourage play, cooperation and discovery; and to provide resources and tools to support everyday parenting. 9.30 am: Welcome and introduction to the morning’s programme and workshops 10.00 am: First session of workshops 11.00 am: Second session of workshops 11.45 am to 12.15 pm: Closing session, discussions and Q&A The workshops are free of charge and do not require prior registration. Workshop 1: An introduction to parent-child yoga. Led by ‘A Cœur Yoga’: Through movement, play and partner yoga poses, parents and children are invited to listen to one another, cooperate and discover the joy of moving together, without striving for perfection. Through physical exploration, sensory games and quieter moments, everyone discovers their own sensations, their balance and the joy of sharing a common experience. A break from the daily routine to create new memories! Workshop 2: Play as a family bond. Led by the ‘Jouons Crescendo’ association A family-friendly, welcoming and intergenerational atmosphere is guaranteed, centred on themes such as cooperation and emotions. Board game tables with open access; Games led by facilitators: Concept, Concept Kids, Au creux de ta main, Feelings, Le Monstre des couleurs, etc. Word card table: ‘And how do things work in your family?’ Board game design workshop: ⇒ Decorate your own dice ⇒ Happy Families (create your own family) ⇒ A colour-in and complete Game of the Goose Workshop 3: ‘Emotions and Sensory-Motor Development’ led by Typhaine Besnier, osteopath A space for discussion to address everyday topics: • Sleep • Emotions • Daily routine Typhaine Besnier will discuss primitive reflexes and their role in a child’s motor and sensory development, as well as in their learning process.
