La Maison du Perguet is situated in the countryside, in a peaceful setting, halfway between Fouesnant and Bénodet and 1 km from the sea.
Access is via a private lane, set back from the main road.
On the ground floor, the house features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, a living room with a television, and a toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made on arrival.
The location is ideal for exploring Fouesnant by bike thanks to the many cycle paths.
