A fifth-generation farmer on the farm, Brieug has been developing the company around the cider-making workshop since 2009, with the help of his parents and his wife Marine.
Our orchards are home to around fifteen local varieties of cider apple and are managed with respect for biodiversity. Since 2018, the orchards have been tended according to the principles of organic farming. We welcome you to our shop throughout the year.
