An artist is about to paint... But her gesture veers off course and her imagination takes her down unexpected paths, on an intimate and poetic adventure...
Combining dance, song, painting and object theatre, this solo crosses the threshold of abstraction to give way to emotion. It opens the door to creative freedom: movement paints the unspeakable, objects come to life and poetry emerges from the unexpected. The result is a living painting that dances, sings and lives.
Buoyed by Chaplin-style mischievous humour and Fred Astaire-style jazz elegance, dancer Zoé Boutoille offers an organic blend of contemporary, jazz and classical dance.
