The main aim of the ‘Label à faire’ Community Centre is to organise activities that help strengthen social and family ties and foster neighbourhood solidarity by coordinating or proposing community initiatives. Find out more at www.labelafaire.fr These activities help to build social and intergenerational connections, and to pass on knowledge and share experiences. They can provide an opportunity to repair a computer to get or stay connected, mend an item of clothing, fix a bike, and so on. The events are open to everyone; most workshops operate on a ‘pay-what-you-can’ basis, so that everyone can take part regardless of their budget.
