Growing and direct sales of fruit and vegetables in Fouesnant, Finistère.
Having set up in 2016 on his grandparents’ fallow land at the Porz farm in Mousterlin, Mikaël Le Corre grows beautiful, tasty seasonal vegetables without pesticides or chemical inputs, which he sells directly in Fouesnant on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
The 1.3 hectares of healthy, fertile land allow for a rich and varied year-round harvest, offering a genuine local alternative to produce from far afield that fills supermarket shelves.
We harvest whatever the land is willing to give us
Tilling the soil, sowing, planting, weeding, laying out plastic sheeting and shade cloths, pruning, maintenance, harvesting, selling… with the invaluable help of his parents and two part-time employees, Mikaël devotes seven long days a week to the challenging but fascinating task of growing vegetables naturally.
HEALTHY AND TASTY VEGETABLES
Seasonal vegetables, hand-picked the day before sale, no grading
GROWN WITHOUT CHEMICALS
Grown without pesticides or chemical inputs, using organic fertilisers, hand weeding and natural methods to control diseases and pests
