Ty Beg-Meil is ideally situated in the heart of Beg Meil in the commune of Fouesnant. This charming, fully renovated traditional Breton cottage welcomes you for an unforgettable stay. It forms part of a former adjoining farmhouse and is equipped with everything you need for a successful stay, whether you’re visiting for leisure or work. A 4 km stretch of white sandy beach and intimate little coves are nearby. It is also the perfect starting point for your walks along the coastal path and the GR 34 towards Pointe de Mousterlin and its marshland, or Pointe de Cap-Coz and Anse de Penfoulic. It is also ideal for family bike rides along the greenways. The house offers every comfort for your stay: dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and large coffee maker, toaster, kettle, TV, fibre broadband, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner. It comprises a living area with a fitted kitchen, dining table and lounge. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and a bedroom with its own shower and bathroom. Upstairs there is a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and a single bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. This little corner of paradise and tranquillity is complemented by a lovely fully enclosed garden, a garden shed for bikes, a barbecue, an outdoor water tap, a garden table and garden furniture. The location is ideal, a 5-minute walk from the ‘Plage des Oiseaux’ via a private path, the slipway, and local shops and restaurants… The property has private parking, holds the Cycle Tourism Label and is rated 3 ✨✨✨ A house made for an exceptional holiday! NB: For added comfort, bed linen is provided, as well as tea towels and bath mats. Bath towels are available on request and at an additional cost. The house must be left clean and tidy as indicated in the welcome note, but a cleaning fee is mandatory (90 euros per stay). Pets are welcome upon request, provided they do not disturb the peace and quiet of the property and the neighbourhood (please bring something to protect the sofas). We allow a maximum of one pet, which incurs an additional cleaning charge of €30. Minimum stay of 3 nights.
