Description
This is the first cove from the tip of Beg-Meil to Cap-Coz. Plage des Oiseaux is perhaps also the most secret. A few dozen metres of white sand, nestling between rocks and seaside vegetation, make up this confidential setting. Here, the coastline is more intimate and protected. Naturally shaded in the afternoon by the pine trees that line the cove, Plage des Oiseaux is ideal for young children.
The GR34 hiking trail passes close by and offers a number of beautiful walks along the coast, between coves and viewpoints over the bay. Access is on foot from the Dunes car park, adding to the discreet character of the site. Popular with locals for its intimate, peaceful atmosphere, it's an ideal place to enjoy the calm, clear water and natural beauty of the site.
Not forgetting the colourful boats that line the beach.
