Welcome to Au 46 – a guesthouse by nature! Ideally situated in the heart of the Breton Riviera, 20 minutes from Quimper and Concarneau, and just 2.7 km from the vast Kerler beach, Carole and Pierre welcome you to their home, comprising a variety of original buildings and spaces: a former grocery shop and bistro from the last century, a period ballroom, a fish smokehouse and unique kitchen gardens. Their ethical and environmental commitments are very much in evidence at Au 46. The three bedrooms have been created in the former period ballroom, which retains all its charm. Spanning 35 m² with a mezzanine and ceilings almost 6 metres high, each room offers a unique atmosphere. Lichens, At Low Tide, Out to Sea… each of these distinct atmospheres, with their tastefully appointed interiors, invites you on a unique experience. Superbly comfortable bedding, a lounge area with a sofa bed, ethically sourced and carefully selected linens, a separate toilet, and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower crafted from fine materials ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay. What’s more, all the rooms are soundproofed thanks to excellent acoustic work, so you’ll hardly notice the nearby A-road! The table d’hôte welcomes you for brunch (included in the room price) and dinner in the former grocery shop-bistro: here, everything is organic, local, plant-based and seasonal! Carole offers original cuisine, full of flavours and colours. As for Pierre, he knows Brittany like the back of his hand and is happy to share his favourite spots. A highlight of the house: its ethical and ecological commitment to sustainable tourism!
