Description
FULLY BOOKED – La Tablée de Kermao: a debut event celebrating the local produce of Cornouaille
On Saturday 11 July 2026, the Les Vergers de Kermao cider house in Gouesnac’h (South Finistère) will launch its first signature event: La Tablée de Kermao. A grand rustic banquet laid out in the heart of the orchard, featuring a three-course ‘Sea, Land & Cider’ menu created by chef Erwan Gire – a storyteller and musician – and the chance to meet partner producers from Brittany.
An experience designed to awaken all the senses, to be enjoyed with family, friends, on your own or as a couple.
Behind La Tablée de Kermao are Marine and Brieug Saliou, a young couple of cider makers deeply rooted in their Cornish terroir. Passionate, committed and exacting when it comes to
quality and a job well done, they have devised an event that reflects who they are: simple, authentic, friendly and family-oriented. An occasion where people take the time to
share — both their passion as organic cider producers and the expertise of the Breton artisans they work with every day.
For this inaugural event, chef Erwan Gire has created a three-course menu entitled ‘Mer-Terre & Cidres’, paired with ciders from Les Vergers de Kermao. Seasonal cuisine, rooted in the Breton terroir.
Throughout the day, guests will be entertained by storyteller Mark Gleonec, with live harp music amongst the rows of apple trees, and for the younger guests, dedicated supervised activities.
