Ideally situated in the heart of Beg-Meil, a small, family-friendly seaside resort in the municipality of Fouesnant, this charming little, fully renovated Breton penthouse welcomes you for an unforgettable stay. It forms part of a former adjoining farmhouse and is equipped with everything you need for a successful stay, whether you’re visiting for leisure, work or cycle tourism. The house offers all the comforts you need for your stay: dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso machine and traditional coffee maker, toaster, kettle, television, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner. On the ground floor, it comprises a living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a lounge with a television, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a child’s bed (90 x 200 cm), as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This little corner of paradise, quiet and green, features a lovely enclosed private garden, a garden shed for bicycles, a barbecue, an outdoor water tap, a garden table and garden furniture. The location is ideal, a 5-minute walk from the beaches, restaurants and shops. A private path leads to the sunken track that takes you to the jetty, the slipway, the coastal path and Les Oiseaux beach. The accommodation is rated 3 stars by the Ministry of Tourism and holds the Cycle Tourism label. Pets are welcome, provided they do not disturb the property, the neighbours or the peace and quiet of the surroundings.
