A gentle approach to deep and holistic relaxation through:
- manual support,
- sensory gymnastics,
- mindfulness meditation
When might Perceptive Pedagogy be beneficial?
Somatic pain, fatigue and stress, sleep disorders, managing emotions, lack of motivation, the need to communicate better, adapting to personal and professional change, developing a project.
In children in particular: learning to relax and developing attention, language, memory, visuospatial and executive functions (reasoning, making choices, problem-solving, adapting to transitions).
What are the objectives?
To regain relaxation, vitality and stability; to build self-confidence; to find one’s bearings during periods of change; to manage time more effectively; to learn to think and act positively; to take pleasure in and develop a taste for learning; to overcome difficulties; to become independent.
What are the benefits?
To get to know yourself better, to be attuned to yourself and others, to build a fulfilling personal and professional life, to enjoy family and social relationships with greater peace of mind, to find your rightful place and take control of your life.
I run sessions on well-being, movement and relaxation at the Nohée retirement home in Bénodet.
Open all year round by appointment.
